This service includes an initial consultation by video conference to discuss the project brief.
You will be sent a client questionnaire to be filled out and sent back to me before our video conference.
This service can be used for but is not limited to:
Identify the scope and priorities of the project
Colour consultation
Evaluation of natural and artificial light intensity in your space
Spatial planning
Accessorising
Assisting you by video conference on how to measure your space properly
Finishing touches to bring the room together
Access to supplier discounts
You will receive a written report emailed detailing suggestions discussed during the consultation.

You will be sent a client questionnaire to be filled out and sent back to me before our meeting.

You will receive a written specification report emailed detailing suggestions discussed during the consultation.
ONLINE DESIGN CONCEPT
Design for one room in detail.
Kindly note kitchen & bathroom designs are more complex and will be quoted separately depending on the dimensions & scope of the project.

PROJECT SUPERVISION
Project supervision is a service chargeable by the hour and designed for clients that are taking a lead on their project and require an occasional expert opinion. It includes a site visit to supervise the work of builders and contractors. During the visit I will assess the construction progress. I will also be able to solve any design issues that might arise during demolition or any other stage. This service works particularly well for smaller projects. For larger projects it is recommended to set up a schedule beforehand and organise a series of visits during the key stages of the build. I am happy to make suggestions depending on your needs and budget.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The project management service is a stress-free option for clients that do not want to worry about finding themselves overwhelmed by a construction process. It includes supervision throughout the project, liaising and co-ordinating with builders and craftsmen, and organising and inspecting deliveries. It is mainly designed for complex projects such as kitchens, bathrooms and extensions. You will be kept abreast of how the project is developing and it is my responsibility to ensure that your project successfully comes to completion.
The price for the project management service is 20% of the total value of the project.

Outside a 6 miles (10 km) radius, travel cost will be added to all services.
